1. Electrification Sales training:
Development and delivery of a training for the dealerships'
sales staff, enabling them to cope with the challenges
regarding the electrification of the product range.
2. 2020 Brussels Motorshow Training:
Development and delivery of the training for the
Mercedes-Benz informant team on the 2020 Brussels
Motorshow, including teambuilding sessions during the
show.
3. IT-projects Trainings:
Development and delivery of different IT-related trainings
for dealers' staff, enabling them to understand the goals,
philosophy and the practical use of the software packages.
4. Honda Motorcycles technical certification:
As Honda Motorcycle Qualified Technical Trainers we
certify the technical dealer staff in Benelux.
5. Honda Cars technical certification:
As Honda Cars Qualified Technical Trainers we certify the
technical dealer staff in Benelux.
6. Honda Cars Electrified Powertrain Level 3 certification:
As Honda Cars Qualified Electrified Powertrain Level 3
Trainers we certify the technical dealer staff in Benelux.
7. HEV Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 certification:
As Qualified HEV1, HEV2 and Honda L3 Trainers we train
and certify candidates for the required certificate to work
legally and safely on electric and hybrid high-voltage
vehicles.
8. Brand workshop standards Audits:
Audits of official car dealers' service departments in order to
measure if the brand's standards are met.
9. Service Mystery Shopping:
A mystery car is serviced in a brand's dealer network and
this service performance is then evaluated technically and
by the score of it's customer experience.
10. Road Assistance Training:
Yearly updated training for the staff of the Road Assistance
in order to be able to work safely and effectively, with
updates on the latest technologies in automotive.
11. Product launch trainings:
Our knowledge in sales, our technical knowledge and our
experience in the electrification of the automotive world,
has convinced many customers to use our skills for their
new models launch events. Meanwhile many car and
motorcycle brands rely on Marix bv.
12. First-Aid Training:
Development and delivery of a first-aid training for
domestic help staff. This first-aid training is focussed on
CPR and on the dangers and diseases that can be
encountered when working in this branch.
13. Ergonomy Training:
Development and delivery of an ergonomy training for
domestic help staff. This training's goal is to reduce injuries
by learning to keep the right positions, and use the right
techniques during the job.
14. Aftersales Process Screening, Coaching & Monitoring
360 degree screening of the car dealer's aftersales
process. After the screening, a custom action plan is
implemented to improve the procedures and interactions
in the dealer's aftersales department in order to maximalise
the staff's welbeing, the customers' experience and by
consequence, the bottom line of the dealer's business.
